I am sending this to Kenny hoping he is still there. This is an unsolicited testimonial regarding your installation at my house at St. Louis Street in Edwardsville, Illinois. This is a 1930 all brick home with a slate roof. I have lived here since 1981 and have been fighting the clogged gutters all of these years. The gutters are 30 feet in the air. When they get clogged up with leaves, seeds and debris, the water pours into my window wells and soaks into the ground around the foundation and my basement gets wet. Over the years, I tried different installations with no success. I trenched the basement and installed a sump pump in 2005. I had to clean the gutters 2-3 times a year.
You installed your system in 2017 and I want to report that it has worked wonderfully! I have not had a problem since you did your installation. I now live in Florida in the winter so I am gone for the Fall when the leaves fall and I am not here for many of the early Spring rains. I could find no one who would get up on the ladder and clean the gutters like they should be cleaned…. or when they needed to be cleaned out. I am now 76 years old and when my neighbors would see me on the ladder they would beg me to come down.
It has been 3 years now and I have not had a single issue with water in the basement or an overflowing gutter. One of my best investments ever.
When I came back this year from Florida …this year not until July–I decided I would send this email to let you know how pleased I am with your installation…and to let you know how well it is working. When you do a good job….it is nice to know it is appreciated….so I am giving you this update so you know….it is working great!!!
